Shipping Info

Shipping

All merchandise purchased from ESBtans will be shipped prepaid only within the 48 US states. Additional charges will be applicable for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping outside the USA is not available.

All orders will be processed in a timely manner once prepayment has been received. Deliveries will be made Mon–Fri 8am-4pm; holidays and weekends are excluded.

ESBtans deliveries will be made via the most efficient ground method available. Air or Express shipping services are available upon special request and dependent upon product availability. Additional Shipping Fees will be charged based on your address.

Always inspect ALL merchandise you have purchased from ESBtans at time of delivery, while freight driver is present, and BEFORE signing and accepting product as delivered.

Delivery

You will not be required to pay for shipping charges at time of delivery.

Curbside Delivery - All Bed, Booth, Standup, or Lamp deliveries will arrive on a truck with a 27-53’ trailer. Special Note - Due to freight carrier regulations / insurance liability, the driver is Not responsible or required to assist in moving your merchandise OFF their truck and/or TO your residence or business.

Prior to Delivery - It is recommended that your make advance arrangements for at least (2) individuals to be present at time of delivery to efficiently and safely remove your merchandise OFF the truck and TO your preferred location within residence or business.

Residential Delivery - The freight company will contact you by phone in advance to schedule an appointment for delivery.

Business Delivery – The freight company will attempt to make delivery during regular business hours M-F without prior notification to you; therefore, if you have specific days or hours of operation, please provide this information to ESBtans upon purchase.

6 Important Requirements to follow upon delivery and in the presence of the driver:

Compare the number of pieces on the delivery paperwork to number of pieces actually delivered.Carefully inspect the exterior condition of your merchandise.Determine if any portion of your merchandise has been damaged. If so, bring this to the attention of the Driver.The Driver should then either recommend opening / inspecting the package while he is present or allow you to write on the delivery receipt, "Damage Noted – Pending Inspection".If shipping damage has occurred and is not properly noted on your freight receipt at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for replacement costs of any damaged items including applicable shipping fees.

After inspection, sign your name on delivery receipt and be sure to include the date and time of delivery.Make sure that the driver provides you with a copy of the signed delivery receipt.

Returns: All New Systems: Beds, Booths and Stand Ups.

All Systems if ordered incorrectly by the Customer are non-refundable. All New Systems: beds, booths  and stand ups may be returned up to (5) calendar days from delivery date of product. A Used System cannot be returned.

Any New System shipped back to ESBtans without a legitimate pre-approved Return Authorization Number ( RAN ) printed on the outside of package, will not be accepted by ESBtans and returned to the Customer at their expense.

Please Email or call ESBtans Customer Services with the reason for the New Systems return. Once approved a RAN  will be assigned.

For all approved New Systems Returns, the Customer must Pre pay Freight charges and are non refundable. All Systems that has been approved and returned must arrive at ESB in the original packaging. Returned New Systems must be in resellable condition. All New Systems returned to ESB is subject to thorough inspection (testing of electronic components).

All New Systems returned to ESB will be charged a minimum ( 15% ) Return Fee to cover the cost of ( Inspection, Parts Replacment, Testing and Packaging ) The ( 15% ) Return Fee is calculated from the total purchase price of the New System.

Returns: Accessories

All Accessories may be returned to ESB with ( 5 ) business days of receipt, with the exception of Lamps purchases. Lamps may not be returned to ESB.  All Accessoires if ordered incorrectly by the Customer are non-refundable. 

Any Assessory purchases shipped back to ESBtans without a legitimate pre-approved Return Authorization Number ( RAN ) printed on the outside of package, will not be accepted by ESBtans and returned to the Customer at their expense.

Please Email or call us with the reason for the Accessory Return. Once approved a RAN  will be assigned. Once approved for Return, the Customer must Pre pay Freight charges and are non refundable. Once inspected and approved a Credit will be issued with and a $25 Return Processing Fee. 

Return Authorization

A Customer must contact ESBtans directly when requesting a valid Return Authorization Number / RAN. Please call ESBtans Contact Customer Service at 1-630-513-7030 or email ESB Customer Service at Sales@ESBtans.com

When returning any merchandise to ESBtans your Return Authorization Number / RA# must be clearly marked on the front of the package when it is received at ESBtans.

All merchandise is subject to thorough inspection (testing of electronic components) by ESBtans once received with valid Return Authorization Number / RAN.

 

Cancellation

If your order has not shipped, the Customer shall be responsible to pay a Cancellation Processing Fee of 25% of the total purchase price or $25 minimum.

If the Order has been shipped, the Customer will be responsible to pay in advance BOTH the shipping costs TO & FROM your location, and a Cancellation Processing Fee of 25% of the total purchase price or $25.00 minimum.
